2. Services

TechToday Developers Limited provides digital development services, including but not limited to:

• Web and application development
• Digital strategy consulting
• UX/UI design
• Technical advisory services
• System integration and automation

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects begin with a clearly defined scope of work. Any changes to the agreed scope may affect timeline and costs and must be agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

• Initial deposit before work begins
• Milestone payments as agreed
• Final payment before project handover

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables. TechToday Developers Limited retains rights to:

• Showcase work in our portfolio
• Reuse non-custom code components
• Reference the project for marketing purposes

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechToday Developers Limited's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to termination date.
